  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 as needed Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together egg whites and whole eggs until frothy.
