  • 0.25 cup Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Low-fat feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh basil, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with olive oil.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites until slightly frothy. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
