Ingredients

  • 10 large Egg whites
  • 2 large Whole eggs
  • 0.5 cup Skim milk
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Red bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup Onion
  • 0.25 cup Low-fat feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 0 Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
