  • 450 g Lean beef sirloin
  • 60 ml Low-sodium soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 200 g Broccoli florets
  • 1 large Carrot, julienned
  • 2 cups Brown rice or quinoa, cooked
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 60 ml Water
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced

Directions

Step 1

1. Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips, about 1/4 inch wide, and season lightly with black pepper.

2. In a small bowl, mix the low-sodium soy sauce with minced garlic and grated ginger. Add the beef strips to this mixture and let marinate for 10 minutes.
