Ingredients

  • 15 ounces canned wild-caught salmon
  • 1 cup whole grain bread crumbs

  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Drain the canned salmon and flake it into a large bowl, removing any large bones.

Add the whole grain bread crumbs, egg, dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped green onions, chopped parsley, and low-sodium Old Bay seasoning to the bowl with the flaked salmon.
