Ingredients

  • 500 grams Lean beef strips
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 large Carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 2 Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the low-sodium soy sauce, cornstarch, and water together until smooth. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 3

Add the lean beef strips, season with black pepper, and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step 4

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
