Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving excess paper hanging over the edges for easy removal later.

In a medium saucepan, combine honey, agave syrup, and water. Gently stir over medium heat until the mixture reaches 250°F (121°C) on a candy thermometer.
