  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the whole grain penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
