Ingredients

  • 250 grams Low-fat paneer
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 medium Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium Carrot, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Spinach leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Cut the low-fat paneer into cubes and set aside.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add olive oil.

Step 3

Add cumin seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds.

Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and the oil starts separating from the mixture.
