  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast

  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water, honey, and active dry yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5 minutes until the yeast becomes foamy.

Add the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough begins to form.

Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
