Ingredients

  • 250 grams whole wheat flour
  • 100 grams rolled oats
  • 50 grams sunflower seeds
  • 50 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 50 grams hazelnuts, chopped
  • 50 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseeds, ground
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 250 milliliters skimmed milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan with a small amount of olive oil or use baking paper lining.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chopped hazelnuts, chopped walnuts, chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, olive oil, skimmed milk, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
