Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 8 pieces Whole grain mini slider buns
  • 8 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 8 pieces Tomato slices
  • 1 piece Avocado, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken breast, whole wheat breadcrumbs, red onion, parsley, minced garlic, egg white, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
