Ingredients

  • 1 piece Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 4 small Whole wheat tortilla wraps
  • 0.5 cup Red bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber
  • 0.5 cup Carrots
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt, non-fat
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Start by cutting the chicken breast into small strips.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Step 3

Add chicken strips to the skillet and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and no longer pink inside.

While the chicken is cooking, chop red bell pepper, cucumber, and carrots into thin strips.
