  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup Low-fat buttermilk
  • 1 cup Fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil for greasing

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with olive oil or line with mini muffin liners.
