  • 8 buns whole wheat slider buns
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices tomato slices
  • 8 slices avocado slices

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, whole wheat bread crumbs, low-sodium soy sauce, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg white, black pepper, and kosher salt.
