  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate chips (70% cacao or more)
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

Place the raw almonds in a food processor. Pulse several times until the almonds are finely chopped.

Add the coconut flakes, pitted dates, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the food processor.

Step 3

Process the mixture until it starts to clump together and turns into a sticky but manageable dough. This might take about 1-2 minutes.

Using a tablespoon or a small cookie scoop, portion out the dough and roll it into small balls. You should get approximately 24 mini bites.
