Ingredients

  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 100 grams Kalamata olives
  • 100 grams Feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry all the vegetables.

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in a large salad bowl.

Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds if desired, and dice it into bite-sized pieces. Add to the bowl.
