  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, turmeric powder, black pepper, and salt. Whisk them together until slightly frothy.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and sauté for about 30 seconds until they start to splutter.
