Ingredients

  • 200 grams Whole wheat macaroni

  • 1 medium, diced Zucchini
  • 1 can (400g) No-salt-added diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 optional Pinch of salt

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and cook the whole wheat macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
