  • 8 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, whole grain oats, egg white, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties approximately 1/2 inch thick.
