  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1 medium Lime, juiced

  • 1 cup Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 medium Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 0.5 cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Cheddar cheese, reduced-fat, shredded
  • 1 small Jalapeño, sliced (optional for garnish)
  • 1 bag Whole grain tortilla chips

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and drain the black beans, then spread them evenly in the bottom of a medium-sized serving dish or a glass baking dish to start your first layer.

Step 2
