  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with olive oil.

Step 2

Slice the roasted red bell peppers into small, bite-sized pieces.

Step 3

Chop the spinach into smaller pieces and thinly slice the green onions.
