Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 for greasing Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine honey, low-sodium soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, black pepper, and dried thyme. Whisk until well mixed.

Step 3

Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and pour the honey mixture over them, ensuring each piece is well coated.
