Step 1

Wash the plums thoroughly under cold water to remove any impurities. Cut each plum in half and remove the pits. If desired, cut the plum halves into smaller pieces for a smoother jam consistency.

In a large saucepan, combine the chopped plums, honey, lemon juice, and water. Stir well to mix all the ingredients together.
