Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground turkey
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat wraps
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Tomatoes, diced
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

Divide the mixture into eight equal portions and shape each portion into small skewers or patties of about 1 inch in thickness.
