Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine old-fashioned rolled oats, raw almonds, raw walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds. Stir well to ensure even distribution.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil. Remove from heat and stir in honey and pure vanilla extract until well combined.
