Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the brown rice under cold water and set aside.

In a medium-sized saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

Add the rinsed brown rice to the boiling water. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cover with a tight-fitting lid. Cook for 25 minutes or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.
