  • 240 milliliters low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons whole-wheat flour
  • 100 grams, sliced mushrooms
  • 120 milliliters low-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine lean ground turkey, chopped onion, whole-wheat breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a flat patty.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
