Ingredients

  • 1 unit Whole grain pie crust
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 large Egg whites
  • 1 cup Low-fat milk
  • 1 cup Low-sodium ham
  • 1 cup Reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 spray Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Spray a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil spray and press the whole grain pie crust into the dish. Trim any excess dough.

Chop the low-sodium ham into small cubes and slice the green onions into thin rounds.
