  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Wash all the vegetables thoroughly.

Slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

Cut the red and yellow bell peppers into 1-inch wide strips.

Peel the red onion and slice it into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
