  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 8 wooden skewers

Directions

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning on the grill.

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, around 1-inch cubes, and set aside.
