Ingredients

  • 4 medium Green bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves Fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Wash the green peppers thoroughly under running water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Step 3

Slice each green bell pepper lengthwise, then remove and discard the core and seeds.

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic (from the cloves), dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

Step 5

Brush the marinade mixture evenly on both sides of the pepper halves using a culinary brush.

Step 6

Place the pepper halves on the preheated grill, cut side down. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.

Turn the peppers over and continue grilling for another 4-5 minutes until the peppers are tender.
