  • 1 cup Low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 375-400°F (190-200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground black pepper, and salt.
