  • 0.5 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 0.5 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 fresh lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh lime juice, garlic powder, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
