  • 1 piece whole grain wrap or tortilla
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 0.5 cup (sliced) red bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup (sliced) cucumber
  • 0.5 piece (sliced) avocado
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together to prepare the marinade.

Place the chicken breast in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably up to 2 hours for the best flavor.
