  • 4 slices Whole grain sandwich bread
  • 1 medium Boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach
  • 1 medium, sliced Tomato
  • 0.5 small, thinly sliced Red onion
  • 1 small, sliced Avocado
  • 0.25 cup Low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh basil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan over medium heat.

Pound the chicken breast to an even thickness of about half an inch to ensure even cooking.

Rub the chicken with olive oil, and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Grill the chicken breast for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once done, remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
