  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Yellow onion, sliced
  • 8 Whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
