Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Remove any leaves and trim the stem of the cauliflower head. Place the cauliflower upright on a cutting board and carefully slice it into four thick steaks, approximately 1-inch thick each.

In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the seasoned oil.
