Ingredients

  • 500 grams Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Wash the Brussels sprouts thoroughly under running water. Trim the ends and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut each sprout in half lengthwise.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the juice and zest of one lemon.

Mince 3 garlic cloves and add to the olive oil and lemon mixture.
