Ingredients

  • 500 grams broccolini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large lemon
  • 3 medium garlic cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the broccolini under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels. Trim the bottom inch of the stems and discard.

In a large mixing bowl, toss the broccolini with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt to evenly coat.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
