  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 units Green onions, sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and halve the baby bok choy lengthwise. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel to avoid steaming instead of charring.

Step 2

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and black pepper to make the garlic soy glaze.
