Ingredients

  • 2 cups Gluten-free all-purpose flour blend
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.25 cups Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2.25 teaspoons Instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution.

In another bowl, mix the warm water with the honey until dissolved. Add the instant yeast, stir, and let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes foamy.
