Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce and spinach leaves thoroughly. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Halve the cherry tomatoes and set them aside.

Peel the cucumber, slice it in half lengthwise, and then slice it into thin half-moons.
