  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Shred the green and red cabbage using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer to achieve thin strips and add them to a large bowl.

Peel the carrots and grate them using a box grater or food processor, then add them to the bowl with the cabbage.

Step 3

Dice the red bell pepper into small pieces and add them to the bowl.

Step 4

Chop the fresh cilantro roughly and mix it with the other vegetables.

Step 5

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and minced garlic until fully combined.

Step 6

Sprinkle in the ground cumin, ground black pepper, and sea salt to the dressing and whisk again.

Step 7

Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss everything together until the dressing evenly coats all the vegetables.
