  • 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 small Avocado, sliced
  • 4 Whole-grain bread slices, toasted

Directions

Step 1

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until smooth. Set aside.

Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
