Ingredients

  • 4 pieces whole grain croissants
  • 200 grams low-sodium sliced ham
  • 4 slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese
  • 50 grams baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 large fresh tomato
  • 1 spray olive oil spray
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the whole grain croissants in half lengthwise and place them open-faced on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the inside of each croissant half.
