Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray it with non-stick cooking spray.

Rinse and scrub the baby potatoes under cool water to remove any dirt. You do not need to peel them.
