Ingredients

  • 16 pieces chicken wing sections
  • 240 ml low-fat buttermilk

  • 1 bottle extra virgin olive oil spray
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set a wire rack on top of it.

In a large bowl, add the chicken wing sections and pour the buttermilk over them. Ensure all pieces are well-coated. Let them marinate while you prepare the dry mixture.
