  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 3 tablespoons Scallions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Slice the lean beef into thin strips, approximately 1/4 inch thick, against the grain for tenderness.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix the sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of the low-sodium soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, garlic powder, and ground black pepper until the beef is fully coated. Allow to marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine the remaining tablespoon of soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and red chili flakes. Set aside.
