  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, whisk together tapioca flour, eggs, water, and a pinch of salt until you have a smooth batter.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil, ensuring the entire surface is coated.
